Place and files to the folder that contains the Fallout4.exe. GPU load at the loading screen will be higher. Sometimes also do not work well by the environment. (Under HDD environment does not seem to have much effect) This is expected to shorten the loading time under the SSD environment. Reduce the loading time by controlling vsync(fps) and CPU affinity at loading screen.
